We want you to love your Formula Fig experience; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns on unopened products within 14 days of delivery. Please note that for hygiene reasons, used skincare items and professional treatments are final sale.

Return Process

  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure the items are in their original, unopened packaging and securely place them in a shipping box with the original packing slip.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our lab inspects the return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
