What is the shelf life of Formula Fig products?
Most of our products have a shelf life of 12 to 24 months when stored in a cool, dry place. Once opened, we recommend using them within 6 to 12 months for maximum potency and efficacy.
Are your beauty products cruelty-free and vegan?
Yes, we are committed to ethical beauty. All Formula Fig products are 100% cruelty-free and the majority of our range is vegan-friendly. Please check individual product pages for specific ingredient lists.
How long does shipping take and what are the costs?
We offer standard shipping (3-5 business days) and express shipping (1-2 business days). Shipping is free on all orders over $75. For orders below that amount, a flat rate is calculated at checkout.
What is your return policy for skincare items?
We want you to love your skin. If you are not satisfied with a purchase, you can return unopened products within 30 days. For hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns on used or opened skincare items unless there is a documented allergic reaction.
Can I track my order once it has been placed?
Absolutely. Once your order is processed and dispatched, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery progress.
